Last Stand

Another piece inspired by the Stalker games, which I was playing a lot at the time. For this one I wanted to focus on environmental storytelling and pushing it through the light,object placement and heavy use of decals. On the technical side this was my first time posing characters in Unreal, so it got me to try out different approaches and eventually find my preferred one.

The creature was done in ZBrush and the Stalkers were composited from free assets, modified and rigged in Blender.
